Furniture & Mattress Depot Return Policy
Thanks for shopping at Furniture & Mattress Depot. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have a 7 day comfort warranty to exchange an item from the date you received it. No refunds, exchange or store credit only. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
When Will I Receive My Order?
Delivery time varies, depending on the distance from one of our delivery hubs to your home. Average delivery is 7-10 business days, depending on your location.

On Delivery Day
When we deliver your new bed, there must be an adult (18 years and older) at home to accept delivery and sign to accept. We’re sorry, but if there is no adult, we can’t leave your new product.
Comfort Exchange Policy
****NO ADJUSTABLE BEDS, BED FRAMES, BED BASES ARE AVAILABLE IN THIS COMFORT EXCHANGE POLICY.****
In order to ensure the sleeping comfort of all our valued customers, brand manufactures affiliated with Furniture & Mattress Depot encourages you to sleep on your new mattress for at least one week to allow your body to adjust to the support that your mattress offers. However, if you determine at any time, up to 21 days after delivery, that you are not completely satisfied with your mattress, we will allow you to exchange it for a new mattress under the following terms and conditions:
1. If you wish to make a Comfort Exchange, you must contact customer service no later than the 21st day after the original delivery date. NOTE: All Comfort Exchanges must be completed no later than 28 days from the original delivery date. This means that if you call customer service on the 21st day after delivery, you must be available to select a new mattress and schedule the exchange and delivery within the following 7 days.
2. Eligibility for this Comfort Exchange Policy is contingent on the purchase of a mattress protector at the time of sale.
3. Mattress protectors must be purchased at the time of sale and appear on the same invoice as the mattress. Comfort Exchange Policy is not offered on mattresses purchased without a mattress protector.
4. Limit one Comfort Exchange per customer.
5. All Comfort Exchanges must be for the same or similar product.
6. Mattresses exchanged must be for items of equal or lesser value.
7. EXCHANGE FEES: Twin $79.99, Full or Queen $99.99, King $129.99
8. Delivery fees will be charged on Comfort Exchanges.

Disclaimer: Customer is responsible for inspecting the contents and condition of items before signing and accepting shipment. If you notice any damage that has occurred during transit, please note the damage on the delivery bill and refuse shipment. Please contact us immediately by phone call or email to notify us, and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent right away.
